There are also plenty of seasonal activities, such as skiing, hiking, river play, hot springs, and Hokuto City, which is surrounded by famous peaks, has many viewpoints where you can enjoy views of Mt. The building was designed and constructed by the Tokei team, and the team operates it as an inn for many people to use. The distinctive architecture is a redesign of an old townhouse using modern construction methods and traditional materials. Stay with a dog at the "Protective Cat Cafe Honten", limited to one group per day, 1 night with cafe breakfast included

You can rent out the entire shelter cat cafe. All spaces are available for rent except during cafe hours. Cat space is completely separate. Cats are not allowed in the cafe or accommodation space. You can interact with cats in the courtyard. You can eat and drink while looking at the cat courtyard from the cafe. You can see the night view of downtown Nagano from the cafe space. You can also stay with your dog. Please bring what you need for your dog. However, pets are not allowed in the courtyard. You can come and go freely in the later space. Breakfast with cafe menu. The terrace was severely deteriorated and was removed in December. Cosplay photoshoots can be done indoors. The BBQ can be done in the backyard after the terrace is closed. BBQ set rentals are 1,500 yen. There is a work corner in the Japanese-style room, and it is free of charge. You can also see the night view of the city from the cafe.Kiyomizu-dera, famous for its autumn leaves, is in front. 1 hour by bus from Nagano station. Take a train to Hosho Onsen. Get off at the Kiyomizu Temple Daimonmae bus stop and walk for 5 minutes. Please note that there are few buses. Near the inn, there are steep hills and narrow streets. 1 min walk from Tokamachi Station. It is a small two-story house. There are many delicious restaurants nearby because it is in the city. There are Japanese-style rooms, Western-style rooms, and a dining room for couples, families, and groups. There is a kitchen, so of course you can cook for yourself. You rent the entire building, so you don't have to worry about sharing it with others. The house only has a shower, but there is a hot spring nearby. (7-minute walk) Ideal for the currently popular workcation. Combined with the adjacent Ume House, it can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Hiking in the mountains and strolling around Lake Suwa are also recommended ways to spend your time. It's also great to explore the Suwa area on a rental bicycle.
