There is a smoking table in the garden. There are no restaurants nearby because it is far from the city. Please have dinner before you arrive or bring your food. The kitchen includes water, a gas stove, dishes, pots, and frying pans. There is also a fire pit for barbecuing in the garden. A 1000 square meter private villa with 7 spaces. The entire "Rock Forest" has seven main concepts. We offer each "way of spending time". After procuring fresh ingredients locally, move to the Rock Forest, park your car in the parking lot, and go up the stairs to bring the ingredients to the hearth space. You won't see any other people. It is 60 minutes by Shinkansen from Tokyo to Karuizawa, and 30 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station, so you can work in the morning and take a half-day off in the afternoon, for example. Surrounded by nature, you can relax and enjoy an extraordinary time. < Winter season November-March > The outdoor bath is closed during the winter months.

Good access to Shimosuwa Station! We renovated an 80-year-old Japanese house into a traditional and clean space. (New open in 2023!) You can spend a comfortable time by renting the entire building. Recommended for families, couples and small groups. This area is rich in history and nature. Suwa Taisha Shrine, hot springs, Nakasendo. Hiking in the mountains and strolling around Lake Suwa are also recommended ways to spend your time. It's also great to explore the Suwa area on a rental bicycle.
