Highlights are the optimal location for day trips to the coast (5 minutes to the A28 highway connection), for evening relaxation the living room with open gable, panoramic view & protected loggia, swimming/fishing lake in the immediate vicinity, TV with cinema sound, PC area (e.g. for day tour planning), e-bike charging station, kitchen with fully equipped and hosts with a heart. Du möchtest entspannen, Ruhe und herrliche Ausblicke auf Wiesen und Felder genießen, dann wirst du hier nicht zu kurz kommen. Die modern eingerichtete Wohnung verfügt über ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer, eine gemütliche Küche, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem großzügigen Bad. Die Gartenhaus-Sauna und Fahrräder sind gegen eine geringe Gebühr benutzbar. Die reizvolle Stadt Oldenburg (15 km) bietet viel Kultur inklusive Schloss und Theater und ist ebenso beliebt für seine Shopping Angebote.

The Old Painter‘s House, Ferienhaus am Wasser

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Beautiful cottage on the Ihler Meer

The cottage is located in a quiet cul-de-sac location on the Ihler Meer. Shopping, pharmacy, the monastery of the Ihlower Forest, as well as the swimming beach of the Ihler Meer can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike. Ihlowerfehn is an ideal location to explore all of East Frisia. Various coastal regions can be reached in about 45 minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant with beer garden as well as a beautiful playground.

My beautiful bright apartment overlooking the Tonkuhle and with direct access to the lake is located in Eversten, on Hundsmühler Str. It is a rear building with parking. The city center, as well as the university, can be reached in 10 minutes by bike or car and the train station in 15 minutes. A bus stop is 2 minutes on foot and the nearest shops are only 500 meters away. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave and dishwasher.

Kick back and relax in our stylish and brightly furnished vacation home on the Großen Meer. Enjoy the beautiful unobstructed lake view from all rooms. The property with its own jetty and boat dock is facing south. The large garden offers a built-in grill as well as a cozy place to relax in the hammock. We are pleased that our vacation home has been awarded 5 stars by the DTV. A special place to unwind.
