Welcome to the Hôtel de la Louvre! Built in 1659, the building in which the apartment is located is one of the oldest in Rennes still standing. The monumental staircase and facade are classified as historical monuments. It immediately overlooks Place des Lices and allows you to enjoy the market on Saturday mornings, bars and restaurants that surround it. It is a 5-minute walk to the square and the Sainte-Anne metro station, and 10 minutes to the parliament.

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

The barn is well positioned for exploring this wonderful area, too. The old pirate town of Saint-Malo, impressive Mont St Michel and the beautiful city of Rennes are on our doorstep. The property is surrounded by fields, and is separated from the main farmhouse by even more greenery.

It is said that on the edge of the Brocéliande forest, where the fairies watch and the trees whisper their secrets, stands La Noë Odye, a peaceful farmhouse full of soul. Here, children play in the vast garden while the adults warm up near the hearth. The house of Noë Odye welcomes travelers as it once did tired knights. A place between nature and legends, where you can rest, meet... and sometimes, you think you hear Merlin at the bend of a path.

The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
