Close to Ashbourne, Belper, Carsington Reservoir and Kedleston Hall. Plenty of country pubs nearby serving local ales and hearty food. The village sits on the edge of the Peak District National Park with Wirksworth, Matlock, Cromford, Ashbourne, Belper nearby.
