Located in the High Weald area of Kent which is an AONB, The Cabin at Valley View Farm is set in its own space amongst 16 acres of wood and grazing. It used to be an old hop pickers mobile home but has been lovingly restored to a modern, well presented “mini” haven. A fully self-contained cabin with open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, king size bed in bedroom and a shower room and toilet. Ideal for a couple or two singles as a Z-bed can be provided. Private outside veranda with a fire pit.
“Absolute relaxation is guaranteed. The cabin is spacious and designed to the highest standards. Every detail has been thought about from the living facilities, to kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with everything you could possibly need and more. We had an unexpected surprise on arrival due to change of circumstances and the host was totally accommodating. Looking out of the windows feels like being in the middle of a forest with nothing around but nature. We loved roasting marshmallows at night and beautiful walks in the day without having to use the car. I would definitely come back here and recommend it to anyone. Thanks so much Karen.”

“We had the most peaceful, restorative few days away surrounded by exquisite views of the lake and woodland where we spotted deer, goslings, geese and lambs. The log cabin is the most magical Airbnb you could find. Clean, spacious, stylish and cosy. It's the kind of place you'd find in an interior magazine. Fern has thought of everything! BBQ ready to go, sun beds to relax in the sunshine, fresh herbs to add to our take away pizzas, warm fluffy towels in the bathroom and the most comfortable bed. It really was absolutely perfect in every single way. Fern is such a welcoming, friendly host that couldn't have done more to help. We were so sad to have to leave but have decided to come back for a longer stay next time. We couldn't think of a more perfect place to have a summer holiday.”

“Just had a lovely stay in the Badgers Den. Would definitely return & recommend to others. The hosts had excellent communication, were friendly & thoughtful but not intrusive. Lots of lovely touches, such as putting the temp of the pool up as we had a baby, fruit & flowers on arrival, etc. The house was lovely, not large but plenty big enough for 4. The whole house inc. kitchen was well equipped. The single beds were upstairs & double downstairs, fine for 2 couples or slightly older children, we were also fine as husband went upstairs with 4yo & I stayed downstairs with baby. Both bedrooms easily big enough for the travel cot. Have to also mention the water pressure was fab, so I had a lovely hot power shower which was great. The pool was great, it was the reason we booked this house and we weren’t disappointed. Good size, temp & depth so we used it every day. Also a nice touch that there were inflatables & toys. Sadly we didn’t get to use the hot tub, it was a little distance from our holiday home so we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the kids for that distance. Would have been ideal if we didn’t have the kids with us though. Location was great, lots to do around Hastings so could easily stayed for longer than the weekend that we had. Thank you again for a lovely stay.”
