This unique home is decorated in a rustic style with a large patio and courtyard overlooking Motovun and the valley, as well as an indoor fireplace. Two beautiful bedrooms with a view and two bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen with a dishwasher, free wifi , a smart tv with a satellite dishwasher of two air conditioners, an outdoor grill and a fire pit. We're only 20 minutes away from the sea and the beach. The nearby beautiful old towns of Motovun, Grožnjan, Oprtalj are 5-15 minutes away and the 7 waterfall trail is 15min away.

Enjoy Home away from home, clean and comfortable. Ičići and Ika beaches are 10 minutes away on foot, as well as shops and restaurants, return uphill - View! Supermarkets are 5 minutes away by car, as well as the Peharovo beach (free parking) and many other beaches. The apartment is a great base for visiting the Opatija Riviera on foot by the sea - Lungomare. Rovinj, Porec, Pula, Motovun, islands of Krk (bridge), Cres, Rab, Lošinj, national parks. Ucka Nature Park has walking trails near the apartment. Please refer to our Guidebook.

Costa-Bella**** seaside apartment surrounded by greenery

Apartment Costa-Bella is located in a quiet part of Rijeka. It is located in a private house located on the sea with access to the beach and to the promenade that stretches from Bivia to Preluk. Guests have secured indoor parking. The apartment is reached by a garden path 60 meters long, which has about sixty steps. The apartment has 40 m2 and a covered terrace of 15 m2. Visit us and enjoy the greenery on a spacious terrace with the sound of the sea and views of the Opatija Riviera and the Kvarner islands.

Studio se nalazi ma prvom katu obiteljske kuće i cijeli je orjentiran prema moru. Iz glavne (spavaće) sobe kao i s prostranog balkona pruža se pogled na Kvarnerski zaljev. Studio je idealan za parove, no može prihvatiti i par s jednim djetetom. Kuća je smještena na mirnoj lokaciji i stoga je idealna za odmor. Domaćin dočekuje i otpraćuje goste te kontinuirano stoji na usluzi. Gostima su na raspolaganju i vrtni sadržaji. Dućan, pošta, ljekarna, frizer, autobus u dosegu su 10-15 minuta hoda.
