Unique opportunity to stay directly on the pier and just 3 meters from the waterfront in the iconic Bjarke Ingels building on the newly built Aarhus Island. Wi-Fi and private parking space included. In good weather, the harbor promenade just outside is well visited. Cozy and well-utilized bathhouse with sleeping loft. Fantastic, south-facing, 180-degree panoramic views of the water, harbor and city skyline. Small living at its best - perfect for couples or business travelers. The kitchen with electric kettle and fridge - not possible to cook hot food.

All the indoor details have been taken care of and a rare stylish and atmospheric interior has been completed in the small simple house from 1978. It is flooded with sun from the large green garden with both south and west-facing terraces and there is only a 100-meter walk to the sea view, as well as a beautiful hiking trail in the forest edge on the edge of the slope to the sea.

A spacious living area is highlighted by a dark leather sofa, a wooden coffee table, and a decorative rug. Exposed wooden beams adorn the ceiling, while a spiral staircase leads to an upper level. A large window allows natural light to fill the room.

Completely renovated farm - close to beach and town

The farm has undergone a total renovation and today appears to be something special. Emphasis has been placed on quirky details, comfort, and original farm charm-with a glimpse in the eye. The heart of the farm is the very large kitchen-living room, which has opened up to kip with visible rafters and taps. The ornamental garden and the view of the meadow and field is fantastic and the farm is located about 500m from Dråby Strand, which is one of the most popular beaches in Syddjurs and 4km from Ebeltoft, which is always worth a visit.

In this cozy cottage, you can completely unwind and enjoy the beautiful view of both fields and forests. The cottage is for you who appreciate outdoor life and like the simple life close to nature. Here you live a little on nature's terms, as the electricity comes from solar cells, the water from the gutter, and the heat from the sun and wood in the wood-burning stove. You therefore have to hold back a little on consumption - in return, you can enjoy the silence, see beautiful sunsets and wild animals such as deer and birds of prey.

A spacious dining area features a wooden table surrounded by chairs, complemented by a pendant lamp above. Large windows offer a panoramic view of the sea and grassy landscape, with flowers in a vase and candles on the table adding subtle details.

We even have a lot of lovely animals here on site. Among other things, free-range pigs and goats. It is possible to borrow a cot. 10 km. From Ebeltoft city. There is also a beautiful nature path that runs all the way to Ebeltoft. 50 km. To the center of Aarhus. 5 km. To the beach. There is access to large private forest with beautiful views.

Nice little wooden log-house located very convenient and near a lot of Denmarks tourist attractions, containing everything from fishing, -museums, amusement parks, - city life, - and old tall ships. Beaches are convenient located towards the east,west,and south within 7-9 Km. Golf courses are located very close by and is open year round. The local safari park is located only 3 km away, and is a lot of fun for kids. Legoland is 1:10 mins away

Charming log house by a fantastic beach

Ebeltoft's best location, only 300 meters from the most beautiful beach and 4 km from the center of Ebeltoft - and with the sound of birdsong and the sea's roar on the cottage grounds. The house is in cozy and nostalgic retro cottage style, and it is located on a large secluded forest-like natural plot. Your shoulders drop as soon as you step inside the door, you calm down and the pace slows down automatically in this little cottage gem.
