Le Spot - Niche on the Notch

Huge private yard surrounded by Mountain Views and the sound of the stream in ravine off the back! My 900 sq ft cabin was built in the 1960s by an artist and renovated with recycled & repurposed materials. (We are told it may also have been a witness protection house😮) Minutes from Phoenicia, Hunter and Tannersville but within the Catskills preserve so you feel private with nature but never isolated!
