There is a 10-minute walk to shopping options, 10-minute drive to the beach. The apartment contains a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine, living room with dining table and sofa, which can be converted into a bed for 2 people, as well as cable TV, bedroom with double bed, closet space and ironing board.

In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The home has underfloor heating. There is a toilet in the home and an outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is also an indoor bathroom, which is next to the mini house. You are welcome to use the backyard.

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Our house, dating back to 1925, is located in Sundsmark, 2 km from the center of Sønderborg. The apartment 57 m2, is located on the 2nd floor. • TV (Chromecast) • Kitchenette, Fridge • WIFI • 11kW charger (electric car). • Upper portion of the staircase from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor is steeper than the lower portion. We live on the ground floor and 1st floor. The front door is equipped with an electronic lock with a code. Bed linen and towels are provided in the apartment.

Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

Enjoy a break from everyday life when you immerse yourself in our yard everyday life. The apartment has a beautiful large kitchen, a cozy living room with fireplace and a large terrace. You can be all alone here or take care of the animals with us, help in the vegetable bed and we cook together in the evening, just as it suits you best. Like most, you will certainly come to rest and enjoy the many sounds, smells and colors of the garden.
