Here you live in the middle of nature while you can reach Piteå city center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4, you have only 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make a fire at the barbecue area, pick berries, ski and skate during the winter months. Here you can also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic place all year round!

This is a comfortable modern house in the nature overlooking a beautiful calm river Luleälv. Panorama windows, large terrace with views and lots of light. Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. Nice little house next to Råneälven. From the beginning it has served as a bakery cabin. Gently renovated. A simple equipped kitchen where you can cook and heat food in the microwave. Only simpler cooking and no frying are allowed as there are no kitchen fan. The northern light is common at the house, if the weather is right.
