The ranch has plenty of private outdoor space to explore including over a mile of the Kaweah River, one of the only deep water swimming areas around, ponds and a 60 ft waterfall. Our property is great for the hiking, bird watching, swimming or fishing enthusiast! A map of the land and its features will be provided upon arrival.

Just minutes away from downtown Three Rivers. The home is located 2 miles from the gate to the Sequoia National Park. I also own the 2 places next door, Oak Haven Cottage and Oak Haven Cabin and you can see them on Airbnb. We also just added a new wood burning stove that is easy to use.
