On the 1st floor of our house we offer an apartment of about 28 m². Up there, a staircase must be used. In addition to TV, there are also games and books available in the living area. The kitchen includes microwave and fridge as well as kettle, coffee maker toaster . The bathroom with shower and toilet is equipped with a bathroom laundry. The outskirts of the house, apart from nearby highway connection, offers good opportunities for cycling and hiking, e.g. in the neighboring wildlife park.

The small apartment is located in the building of the former ship museum, directly on the Dortmund Ems Canal on the edge of the Senden industrial park. The room is ideal for one person, but the space is also enough for two! The apartment is completely separated from the apartment of the main house. Private entrance and private parking right in front of the apartment. Once a week an Irish folk band rehearses in the building. You hardly notice it in the apartment and it's over at 10 pm.

We offer another small apartment (about 50 sqm) for max. 3 people on the 1st floor of our quiet semi-detached house on the outskirts of Recklinghausen. Up the stairs is a bit steep, there is a handrail on both sides. We live in a quiet settlement surrounded by fields and forests, yet you are in the city in a few minutes. The connection to the A2 and A43 is optimal. Bus stops and grocery stores are also nearby . The surrounding area invites you to excursions into nature.

The beautiful city center of Lüdinghausen with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants is just a 15-minute walk away. The train station (hourly connection to Dortmund and Enschede) and the bus station (half-hourly connection to Münster) are a 10-minute walk away.

Fur noses are welcome guests, if you want to relax alone we can take care of your fur noses as far as they get along with our two girls (hybrids/neutered). Animals are charged per night. Please pay the outstanding amount upon arrival/ Departure. Also ideal for temporary fitters.

The apartment, renovated and newly furnished in 2020, is in the immediate vicinity of the Seppenrad rose garden. Shopping facilities such as supermarkets and bakeries are located 500 - 1000 meters away in the center of Seppenrade. The apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions, for example, to the Dülmen Wild Horses, Olfen Steverauen, Halterner reservoirs or the 100-castle route.
