The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder on the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. The stay does not include bed linens, towels, etc., but these can be ordered well in advance for DKK 200 per person.

Spacious holiday apartment with lovely light located close to Hullehavn. Private kitchen (an oven and two hot plates) and bathroom as well as entrance. The garden is not accessible, but the harbor is a few minutes walk from here with access to the forest and playground for the little ones. We're a family of four (two children aged 7 and 9) who live next door with our cat.
