In the middle of the rural idyll of the old village of Heemsen between Hanover and Bremen, near the Weser (cycle path) and Lichtenmoor (cranes), you will find the quietly located guest house. The detached, 120 m², completely renovated vacation home consists of a cozy and bright living and dining room including a fireplace, a nice kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2/1/1), 2 bathrooms plus guest toilet, a furnished terrace, parking spaces and a beautiful garden.

AUSZEITHAUS with sauna and infrared cabin

Pure idyll! You treat yourself to a break in the calm countryside! In a private house with 140 square meters. In the enclosed courtyard there is a pavilion, garden loungers and a large grill. You will stay on two floors in lovingly designed rooms. You can relax and explore the area, cycle, swim or paddle on the Aller. Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

Vacation home on the Gohbach Verden-Eitze

This quiet vacation rental (non-smoking) is located on the upper floor of our annex, offering fantastic views of nature and situated right by a small stream. It impresses with its special charm, its amenities, and its bright, light-filled atmosphere. Ideal starting point for walks, bike rides and excursions to the surrounding area and beyond. Highway exit Verden-Ost 4 km, Niedersachsenhalle 3.8 km. Downtown Verdener Dom 4.8 km. Rewe/Aldi, bakery 3 km. Bus stop 400 m.

Fair sleep attic studio

One-room attic studio in the oldest part of our family farm. Bright, cheerful room with one double bed and one single bed, a small kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. You access the room via an external spiral staircase leading to the adjoining small roof terrace with views over the fields. Ideal for cyclists, fitters, and those on short vacations. There is a charging station for electric vehicles. There is a fee for use, which is billed on site.

Our lovingly furnished bakery offers everything for a relaxing break in a rural area. A modern bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living area with a large sofa, TV and dining table and a cozy bedroom under the roof await you. A parking space under the apple tree is available. The quiet location overlooking meadows and fields invites you to relax. Perfect for nature lovers, cyclists and anyone wanting to get away from it all.

Minimalist design cabin with access to the lake/meadow

Welcome to the newly opened Vree Cabin. Our modern cabin, built by two brothers, is quietly situated in Vethem near Walsrode, close to meadows, a flower field, and a small lake. The tiny house combines minimalist design with warm natural materials and plenty of light. It stands separately on the grounds of a farm and offers you your own, enclosed area. Perfect for a relaxing getaway in the countryside with style and tranquility.

Charming basement apartment

This sounds like a charming basement apartment in an attractive location! The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city. The living and sleeping area as well as the small kitchen niche offer a practical and cozy living atmosphere. The bathroom with shower and washing machine is also very practical and increases comfort.

Vacation home right on the dike!

A special place to switch off, breathe deeply and enjoy. Originally, the cottage was a bakery and has been part of our family farm for many generations. A real highlight: The Weser cycle path leads directly past our farm. Whether a day tour along the Weser or a small exploration tour through the rural surroundings – here you can cycle, enjoy nature and relax. We ourselves live in the farmhouse right next door.

Former bakery

The former bakery in Schweringen was completely renovated as a guest house in 2019 and now offers 2 rooms (1 room with a double bed, 1.40 wide and 1 room with 2 single beds, 90 cm wide) with a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The Weser ferry and the Weser cycle path are right outside the door. Schweringen and the beautiful surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike rides.

Our apartment convinces with its central location right next to the church. The Weser and an idyllic lake are within walking distance. The bright, friendly living room with a large window invites you to relax, while the open kitchen is ideal for shared meals. With two separate bedrooms, the accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people, perfect for couples, families or groups of friends.
