Quirky little flat with fireplace on the Loch

Compact but cosy 1 x bedroom ground floor flat in picturesque Lochwinnoch village, 10 meters roughly from Loch. Luxurious King sized bed in bedroom & double sofa bed available in living room, can accommodate up to 4 x people. Wifi equipped, & new bathroom installed. One well behaved small doggie is welcome, please keep on lead. Other dogs live in the close. Cottage in conservation village of Houston.

My cottage is situated in the heart of the conservation village of Houston which boasts several good pubs and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Only 10 minutes from Glasgow airport and 20 minutes to Glasgow city centre means it would suit both business persons or tourists alike. My place is ideal for those wishing to explore the Clyde coast and nearby islands of Bute, Cumbrae and Arran. In addition Loch Lomond is a mere thirty minutes drive away.

Country village cottage.

Dunlop is only 1/2 hour drive to some of Ayrshires top golf courses. The train takes less than 30 mins to Glasgow city centre. The village has a community pub, a community cafe(open Thursdays and Fridays for morning coffee and lunch. A newsagent, post office/ shop and an Artisan Bakery ( openThursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.) A new craft shop has also recently opened next door to our home. The nearest supermarket is 10 mins. drive away.
