One of a kind historic home in Niles, MI. An easy drive to the lake and just minutes to Notre Dame. Built in the 1850's, this striking home has tons of vintage charm, and still retains many original features including original moulding and doors, tall ceilings, hardwood floors, and tall windows flooding the space with natural light. Modern features include central AC, in-floor radiant heat (main floor), a spacious patio out back with new hot tub, and a large private fully fenced backyard.
