Wine getaway in Bordeaux

We sought by renovating this building to marry the old and the modern and to give this cottage a year 1900 spirit when it was built. All the household appliances are new. The accommodation is bold with stone construction, cool in summer and several shaded areas in the park allow you to rest. You have access to the whole vacation rental and the park. (The entire cottage and park is private), there is only the pool that is available only occasionally depending on the period and occupancy of it. (contact us as soon as you book to ensure available pool slots). We are close to the cottage, so we can inform you throughout the stay. Give you some good tips or learn about places to visit in the area. Located only 35 minutes from Bordeaux, between Saint-Émilion and Blaye, the cottage enjoys a quiet and wooded environment, conducive to relaxation. Several hiking trails pass a few hundred yards away. You are 1 km from Gauriaguet train station which serves the city of Bordeaux (30 min) and St André de Cubzac (10 min). Depending on the dates of booking of your stay, you can enjoy our heated swimming pool or the activities offered there. (Aquagym, Aquabike).

Stunning Vineyard Cottage with pool & terrace

Slow down and unwind at this unique and tranquil getaway. Once a vineyard workers cottage, many years ago, it is now fully restored to comfortably welcome four guests. The cottage flanks the vines with an uninterrupted view over our organic vineyard towards the estuary on the horizon. Relax on the terrace and take in its generous views over the landscape, take a dip in your own private pool, open late May-Sept, or stroll through the vines and woodlands that are both equally abundant in the area.

Mûrier Cottage is tastefully decorated & furnished, has 3 bedrooms to accommodate 6 guests comfortably, has its own private entrance through the walled courtyard. In the grounds is a large salt water swimming pool & terrace.

Capacité de couchage de 4 personnes, séjour avec cuisine équipée, chambre avec lit double et coin bureau. Salle d'eau attenante à la chambre. WC séparés. La maison bénéficie d'une grande terrasse aménagée avec plancha pour profiter des belles soirées. Gare à 15 minutes.

Located in the middle of the vineyards in the south of the Charente Maritime, the cottage has been renovated while thinking about your comfort. We preserve its old character by keeping the old wooden frames as well as the rubble walls. You will find 3 bedrooms for 6 people and a heated swimming pool. Welcome to La Famiglia! Come and spend a wonderful, rejuvenating and relaxing vacation with us. The house has been carefully furnished and has all the comforts you need. Everything is new, the bedding, the appliances. The house is located on a very quiet street where you can park without problems. Then, no need for a car, you are about 400 m from the market and the main street and 800 m from the ocean. We are waiting for you!
