Welcome into the perfect lake condo! This is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo right on the main channel of Lake Hamilton off Airport Rd. This condo has just received new updates and has such an amazing view that makes this place feel dreamy! The top patio of this cottage like condo is shared with the 'B' unit. Lakefront Cabin is 30ft. from the seawall, has a pedal boat to use if desired, EV Charger, level 2 available, bring life jackets (lake is lowered in the winter, can’t use pedal boat or fish).Cabin has 2 bedrooms with kings, 2 baths (one with tub/shower and the other walk in shower), washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 2 electric fireplaces, firepit outside, picnic table, patio table, charcoal grill and a swing close to the lake. We have many return guests that call cabin "A LITTLE PARADISE”

Beautiful new construction lakefront on Lake Catherine. We love to sit on the back porch and enjoy coffee in the mornings. We have seen an abundance of wildlife including ducks, deer, geese, and otters. Enjoy swimming, boating, kayaking, and using the dock just steps out the back door. Trout are stocked in the winter months and can be caught near the dam; it is some amazing fishing. Only 5 min. to Garvan Gardens 10 min. to Oaklawn 15 min. to Downtown, and 11 min. to Lake Catherine State Park.

The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and walk back up to the parking spot which is under a carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 3 feet, there will still be water in my cove .
