Unser Apartment liegt am Rande eines kleinen idyllischen 450 Seelen Dorfes (in der Nähe der Stadt Balingen) mit Tante Emma Laden, Spielplatz und Freibad. Im Gartengeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses erwarten sie helle freundliche Zimmer, eine überdachte Terrasse mit Gartenanteil und eine traumhafte Aussicht über das ganze Tal. Von ihrem Sonnenbänkle aus können sie hier entspannt den Weitblick und die Ruhe genießen.

Cosy little appartment with parking place

The cosy little appartment ist located only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

Die Wohnung war früher Teil unseres Einfamilienhauses und ist nun durch eine einfache Falttür von den hinteren Kellerräumen abgetrennt. Sie ist ideal für 2 Personen geeignet. Bei Bedarf können im Wohnzimmer 2 weitere Schlafplätze (Auszieh-Doppelbett) angeboten werden. Das Badezimmer ist über das Schlafzimmer zugängig. Die Kochnische im Wohnzimmer enthält einen 2-Plattenherd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Kühlschrank. Die Terrasse ist mit Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet.

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Ihr Feriendomizil auf der Schwäbischen Alb befindet sich in einem 2014 vollständig renovierten und umgebauten ehemaligen Bauernhof „Lerchenhof“. Die Wohnung selbst wurde Mitte 2016 liebevoll eingerichtet, ist ca. 90 qm groß, komplett möbliert und geht über zwei Etagen. Sie liegt eigentlich ruhig im zu Balingen gehörenden Ort Erzingen und mit sehr guter Anbindung an die B27.
