Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

Modern accommodation in tariff zone C of the public transport around Berlin. With Wallbox. Walk 100 meters and then take the legendary Woltersdorfer tram to the lock or into the city. For example, be in the trendy district of Friedrichshain in 30 minutes. But here, too, we have good opportunities to relax. The many lakes and excursion destinations are quickly reached by bike. Bicycles are available free of charge, with a deposit of EUR 50. Paddle board: EUR 20 per day/pc.

Welcome to Berlin Mahlsdorf! Here, a simple studio apartment with bathroom awaits you. The place is a good retreat in the hustle and bustle of the big city and yet well connected: 5-minute walk to the tram to Köpenick 7-minute walk to the Mahlsdorf S-Bahn station 35 minutes by line S5 to Alexanderplatz Right on Bundesstraße 1. Despite everything, it is quiet here. The entrance to the apartment is separate from the house and equipped with its own key. Come by!

For your relaxing vacation or business stay, 100 square meters are available for your exclusive use. The apartment is located just 2-3 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn S 5 as well as REWE and DM. You are in the city in 25 minutes without changing trains. The S-Bahn runs 24/7.

In the countryside, 30 minutes to the center of Berlin

The 2-room non-smoking apartment(55m2), private entrance to the upper floor of our detached house with kitchen and bathroom is fully furnished. It can accommodate up to 3 people, a box spring bed, sofa bed in the living room. Towels +bed linen are incl. For shopping, REWE, Netto, LIDL are in the immediate vicinity. From Birkenstein S-Bahn (suburban train) station, you can reach Berlin-Mitte in 30 minutes. The car can be parked for free on the property.

Apartment SHORTLY BEFORE BERLIN

In our apartment you will stay quietly in a smaller place directly on the Berlin city border and are in the middle of the lively city of Berlin in 40 minutes by direct U-Bahn connection. The apartment is located on the upper floor of a detached house and is a separate living area with two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a fully equipped kitchen-living room. Both bedrooms have TVs incl. Netflix. You can use the Wi-Fi for free.

Bungalow/guest house - 1 property for 1 - 2 people

We offer a fully equipped bungalow with a small terrace for 1 - 2 people. It is suitable not only for vacationers but also for students, interns, temporary commuters and home office. Good public transport connection - approx. 1-minute walk to bus stop 398, which takes you to Elsterwerdaer Platz or Mahlsdorf S-Bahn station. The S 5 can be reached on foot in 12 minutes, with which you can reach the city center in about 25 minutes.

The bungalow is located on the side of our large, beautifully landscaped garden in a quiet residential area. The bungalow has a terrace. The S-Bahn train, tram and bus can be reached in minutes. Only 30 minutes to the city center. The bungalow is well suited for vacationers, commuters and students. Various shopping facilities are minutes away.
