How about a day at the bird island of Texel?! Schagen with all its restaurants and shops is 5 km away. Noord Holland Pad and bicycle junction are right around the corner. Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. Within 20 km you are at the sea, but also at the IJsselmeer.

Ons chalet staat in het mooie rustige Waarland. Wat te doen in Waarland : Vlinderado, indoor minigolf, boot huren via HappyWale, buitenzwembad Waarland. Binnen 25 minuten rijden ben u bij het strand van Callantsoog of het mooie duingebied in Schoorl. De mooie steden Alkmaar en Schagen (15 minuten rijden) zijn ook zeker de moeite waard om te bezoeken. Vakantierijk Waarland is bezig met het park te vernieuwen. Onze chalet staat aan de rand van de camping waardoor u er weinig last van heeft.

You can unwind under the veranda and have canoes at your disposal with which you can explore the beautiful surroundings and the picturesque village of Kolhorn. It is located on the Westfriese Omringdijk, where you can take beautiful cycling or walking tours in the area. You can enjoy the beach and the cozy city of Schagen with the West Frisian Market every week.
