There is one bathroom with shower and laundry. Ideal for a small family or two couples. Parking for 2 cars max.

Salt water hot tub added Nov, 2019 & AC installed in 2022 This is our private home (not an investment property), filled with cherished things so please be respectful and treat everything with care.

Sandy and I have opened upthe option to choose the Homewood Hideaway 2 bedroom flat as well...The description is the same as the 1 bedroom flat.. We except 1 small-medium size dog 50lbs and under, by interview only.. You will be charged $35 a day for the dog.. The dog will not be left unattended in the unit without being confined to a kennel.. Please don't let your dog on our furniture or beds...If you bring a dog without our knowledge you may be asked to leave.
