The Annex is a newly renovated apartment which is situated at the rear of my home with its own keyed entrance set in a convenient location 1 mile from Bangor’s town centre.  The Annex is a fresh, double bedroom apartment with a pull out chair bed.  It sleeps 3 very comfortably so is perfect for a family with 1 child or 2-3 adults.  The living area is fitted out with a wall mounted LED television, electric stove fire with table and chairs.  Fresh towels, linen and a hairdryer are also provided.

Set in a secluded Victorian house (Churchfield, 3 Bangor Rd) close to the heart of Holywood (cafes 2 min walk/station 10 min walk/city airport 5 min drive). Self-contained with its own entrance the flat is fully serviced (includes heat/wifi), has private off-road parking and access to a mature garden. Our guests often comment how cosy and quiet the flat is but still close to all amenities. Tourism NI approved.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. With so many amenities within walking distance (the High St the street along) including the sea you would be spoilt for choice! Superb quick and easy transport into Belfast (7min drive to airport). Close to the seaside and the countryside but centrally located you truly have the best of all worlds.
