This modern loft is within walking distance to downtown's best bars and restaurants. It's also less than a mile from crypto dot com arena. The location even offers fast access to Dodger Stadium, The Greek, and Banc of California Stadium. Inside, is a large space with vaulted ceilings. Between the King bed in the bedroom and the sleeper sofa in the living room, up to 4 adults can sleep comfortably. 2 big screen TV's. One in the living room and one in the bedroom (which has a moveable stand).

Classic early 70's Hollywood building-- this space is furnished for period style with vintage pieces alongside many modern comforts. Wake up in a king bed to a view of the Hollywood sign, setup for remote work from one of two desk areas, and best of all, walk out the front door in any direction and you have West Hollywood, Hollywood, Melrose/Fairfax, Hancock Park -- all so close by. Underground garage parking included but no real need for a car, just an occasional Uber.
