My shady front yard has a bench & swing & there is a beautiful park at the end of the street. Plenty of shopping & restaurants within a 3 mile radius.

It has a completely equipped kitchenette, comfortable living area, along with a queen-size bed. The guesthouse also includes a washer/dryer off the kitchenette. The guesthouse is a separate dwelling located on a half an acre property which includes the original farmhouse built in 1889 - the guesthouse added in 1920. Family-friendly space. There’s a baby crib in a closet, just let me know if you need it set up ahead of time. The house is 100 years old, so it has lots of creaks and character, but I keep it maintained and clean for my wonderful guests!

We have 200 acres of gorgeous property with limestone boulders and hiking trails throughout. The lake is great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and offers excellent fishing. We are five minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs golf course and 3EX municipal airport. Relax, rejuvenate and play.
