Housing with private entrance, in a green oasis close to the city center

The home is close to downtown and bike path that takes you right to the city's pulse. You will have a private entrance, private toilet and bathroom, small kitchen with hot plate, electric kettle, sink, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is access to large garden with several eateries, ping pong table and trampoline that you share with the landlord. There are bikes you can borrow. If you need a baby bed, we can handle it. And a mattress for a child is also possible. We have private parking on the property where you can park for free.

Stay out of the ordinary with exclusive decor, and uniquely located on a large natural plot. The villa is from 2022 and includes a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, as well as a master bedroom and 2 bathrooms. There is also a nice utility room and gamer room for children. The garden is 5000m ² and private. Equipped with garden games, trampoline, play tower, etc., as well as a large furnished lounge terrace. Gas grill and Pizza oven. 10 min. to Kerteminde beach and Odense C. Netflix, Disney & Showtime. Caution about using furniture.

You will be staying in the middle of Odense, distance to the ZOO, Fruens Bøge, Centrum and H.C. Andersen's universe is 1.5 km, to the train station is 2 km, nearest grocery store 500 m.

Exclusive holiday home splendid location at the water's edge with 180 degrees sea view completely renovated 2024 heated with underfloor heating and wood-burning stove. Several large terraces, with cover and gas grill Super kitchen with everything in equipment. Multiple TVs intern. channel, speakers streaming music. 2 bedrooms with double elevation bed, one with sea views. Bathroom with shower. Everything in the house, bed linen, towels Pack clothes and toiletry bag. not suitable for children.

Relax with the whole family in this serene space. The townhouse contains 3 rooms. 2 with double bed and 1 with single bed. Lovely kitchen/family room and living room with access to 2 terraces. Bath with shower. There is a washer and dryer. Price includes towels and sheets. Walking is available in areas. The townhouse is 8 km from Odense city center and 8 km from the highway. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to downtown. And 10 minutes to highway.
