One room studio (18 m2) - 2 minutes to the old stone Bridge in the heart of Regensburg. - Bed (1,40 x 2m) - hanging rail - little table with to chairs - kitchen with stove, fridge, sink - coffee machine (pads) - cookwear, dishes - bathroom with shower and toilet (no hairdryer) - WIFI from 6.30 am till 2.30 am - only public parking (ca. 100 m) - NO breakfast (baker/cafes/bars/restaurants nearby) - check out at around 11 am. - from end of may to end of september radiators will be deactivated.

The apartment is located on the second floor. It consists of entrance hall, bedroom, children's room, living room, bathroom and kitchen. A cot, dining chair, potty and bathtub are also available. The journey to the center takes about 5 minutes. There are several grocery stores, restaurants and pastry shops nearby. Bed linen and towels are always available. In case of using your own bed linen, there is a 250 CZK discount!! I recommend taking a swimsuit with you (Aquapark approx. 30 km)

Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our farm is located in Reichenau, district of Waidhaus, only 500 m (by foot) away from fhe Czech border. The uniqueness of our location can be described through its remote and natural surroundings.
