Spacious chalet with hot tub in a wooded area

The chalet is located in a unique place and therefore has a lot of privacy. You can enter in two ways. Through the wide patio doors in the living room, but of course also through normal (front)door. The living room has a beautiful view and a direct connection to the beautifully landscaped garden. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary fittings, such as a dishwasher, fridge, cooking zone, pans, crockery, cutlery and kitchen set. In the chalet there are two bedrooms and there is in total the possibility to offer up to 4 people a nice place to sleep. The chalet has a luxury bathroom and includes a spa bath. In the garden there is furniture for 3 seats with umbrellas. There is also a log cabin that provides storage space for any bicycles brought. Behind the chalet there is a private parking space.

On the green quiet "recreation park Twente" between Enschede and Haaksbergen and close to the accessible nature reserves with, among other things, the Buurserzand, Venenroute, many cycling/hiking trails, amusement park de Waarbeek, water sports and beach on the Rutbeek, there is a spacious mobile home with; privacy, air conditioning, spacious bedroom (3x4), outdoor furniture and canopy. A perfect place to rest and explore. icl. 4 bikes (adults), children's scooter, WiFi, BBQ, outdoor games, complete baby package.

Ham Annex B&B offers you an unforgettable stay in Almelo. The garden room with its own entrance has a luxurious bathroom, cozy living room and separate bedroom. There is plenty parking space and from our driveway you are directly on the Almelo-Nordhorn Canal; a starting point for a beautiful walking or cycling tour in Twente. Directly next to the garden room is the indoor spa with TV, where you can relax after a pleasant day in Almelo. The heated swimming pool is open from May to September.

Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted to Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free on our 4.5 acre property. Escape the crowds in this stylish B&B surrounded by greenery. You overlook meadows, forest and trees, and walk or cycle straight into nature.
