In spring, you can enjoy the first sunshine and fresh greenery. Throughout the year it is enjoyable here. The birds will whistle you awake and deer walking around will sometimes come right up to near the house.

All bedrooms have airco. Holten is centrally located within a short drive to historic cities such as Deventer and Zutphen. Amsterdam is about an hour away by train or by car.

Toilet en en warme douche zijn vlakbij in het sanitairgebouw. Gebruik van de hottub is exclusief en kost €40,- per gebruik.

Your visit is easy to combine with a large selection of walking and cycling trips. As a guest in the vacation home, you have free access to the historic gardens. The two vacation homes of the Warmelo share their own private garden ( about 0.5 ha), here you can enjoy in peace.
