This (upstairs) apartment can also be a meeting or gathering place. Coffee and tea are included, but drinks (in the fridge) are subject to a fee. The apartment is at the top of the spiral staircase with a sliding door that can be locked with a knob cylinder. It is a non-smoking apartment and it is not child-friendly. We also do not want any pets. The bedroom is on the 2nd floor. Smoking is allowed on the roof terrace; just step through the window (quiet area), but no cannabis because the smell lingers inside.

This lovingly furnished studio with its own entrance is suitable for a stay for two. The studio is also available for a longer term. The guesthouse is located in the green recreational area of Hoeven. You will find the historic Oudenbosch 2 km away, and in 20 minutes you will be in the center of Burgundian Breda. You can also reach Antwerp and Rotterdam within 45 minutes. In addition to a king size bed and a nice seat, the studio offers a beautiful green backyard where you can spend time privately.

Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda. You will enjoy our house because of the athmospheren, the light, garden, neighbourhood and comformtable beds. My house is suitable for couples, business travellers, groups of friends and families.
