"Ødegårdsstuo" - charming house at the lake at Øksendalsøra. Immediate proximity for nice mountain hikes, both for walking and with skiing on your legs. The house is 10 minutes away from Sunndalsøra. The house has a bedroom on the first floor with double bed. The entire 2nd floor has an open solution with several beds (see picture). Bathroom with underfloor heating and shower on the 1st floor. Kitchen, living room, TV, dining table, oven, heat pump + basement with living room (long table), toilet and washing machine (private entrance) (can be used by appointment). Parking space.

With only 7 minutes by car is Freimarka where there are opportunities for cross country skiing during the winter months and great hiking trails with Bolgavannet which is close by. Cozy house on Smøla for rent right by the sea. 3 bedrooms with a total of 5 sleeping places. Bathroom Kitchen. Living room Sinks. Private garden and outdoor area. Your house is equipped with a full kitchen, towels and bed linen. Wifi and TV is also included. The house is located on its own plot with garage, parking spaces, several patios and here you get the most beautiful sunsets. Great opportunities for paddling from the barn below the house. Short distance to Hopen(5min drive) where you will find the island's shops.

Vassætra. The Green House!

Cozy house with stunning view over Dolmsundet! Centrally located in the middle of Hitra and Frøya about 14 minutes drive to the center of both islands. The house is located on a quiet farm with access to the boathouse and pro 20 foot alu boat with 60hp, sonar and map plotter if you want to fish etc. The boat can be rented for NOK 1000 per day. The owner with family lives on the same farmhouse and is an experienced landlord for many years. There is also access to several fresh water with ear fishing to beach.

Idyllic holiday home/smallholding with jetty and boathouse

An Idyllic resort overlooking both fjords and mountains. Here you have access to a fantastic boathouse with jetty where you can enjoy your holiday in tranquility and in sheltered surroundings. No matter what nature you prefer, you have everything you need close by. Here it is possible to go on nice mountain hikes, fish from the jetty or go on a mushroom and berry in the forest close by. It is occasionally possible to rent a boat with a motor. This has to be agreed with those at the neighboring farm for a sum.

Beautiful and newly renovated house with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms have double beds and the living room has a double sleeping couch. Quiet place, perfect location with private beach. Amazing sea view. Large deck around the house and a roof terrace. Hitra is known for its fantastic fishing, diving, deer hunting and lots of possibilities for hiking and biking. Local food nearby, grocery store and restaurant. Boat rental (Angel Amfi, Grefsnesvågen) is 3.5 km from the house.

Small farms with rural and very quiet surroundings. The place is fully furnished in 50s style but has everything you need of modern aids such as dishwasher, large refrigerator, freezer, microwave. Electric car charger is also on the farm. Upon request we can also provide fishing trip on the sea, yarn setting in fresh water and guiding in the mountain areas. We can also offer side tasting, wine class and pop-up restaurant in the small farm.
