Spacious holiday home at the seafront.

Kvammen, 30 min drive from Sandstad. 25 min to Kvenvær with shop, restaurant and archipelago idyll. The house belongs to a small farm that has been upgraded and has plenty of space both outside and inside, the house is 100 m from the sea, short distance to fishing waters and hiking trails. There are four bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with two single beds and one with two mattresses that can be used if needed. Travel bed for children. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave. Large dining area in the living room and TV. Wi-Fi.

The tenant must bring his own linen and towels, the duvets are 220 cm, 1x150cm double bed, 2x75cm bunk bed, 4x90 cm mattresses in the lofts. Inlaid water, (not for drinking water) drinking water included at cans and can be filled up at Kvenvær. Naust with glass doors to the sea, water hose at boathouse, good fishing opportunities. Welcome to Smågasjøveien 71 - a gem by the sea edge The property is idyllically located on Hitra and boasts impeccable sun and viewing conditions. Property consists of holiday home, outdoor living and annex. The leisure home has a living room/kitchen with a great view, 4 bedrooms (including annex), bathroom and toilet room. The cabin was substantially upgraded 2016. The annex is about 15 sqm. Have you and your family can enjoy sunny days fishing from land or boat. The boat is located in the marina approx. 500m from the cabin.

Lad batteriene på denne lille hytta i rolige omgivelser ved porten til Trollheimen. Hytta ligger i et lite hyttefelt i Langlimarka i Rindal, der det er 6 hytter fordelt på 1 km. Hytta ligger i fint turterreng for fjellturer på sommers tid og skiturer om vinteren. Om sommeren er det ca 20 min å gå fra sommerparkeringa. Om vinteren er bare deler av skogsveien brøytet, da er det en 2,5 km skitur opp til hytta. Skuterfrakt av varer kan avtales.

Cozy little cabin at the edge of the lake

Unique guest cottage for two people, located right by the sea. If you have a short or longer stay and want to stay cheap, then this is the place for you. The guest cottage can be set up with a double bed or two single beds. If desired, a desk can be inserted. You have access to your own bathroom and microwave, fridge and kettle in the main house 10 m away. There is no kitchen If you come by bus to Fillan, I can pick you up there for 250 NOK.

Peaceful sea cottage by the archipelago

Stay in a peaceful and sheltered cabin with sea view, sit-on-top tandem kayak, SUP board and fishing opportunities right outside the door. Included in the stay is also a visit to our alpaca farm one kilometer away! Perfect for couples, friends or families with children who want to relax in real nature. The cabin is of an older standard, without water but with electricity. Shower facilities in our newly renovated barn on the farm.
