The apartment is located in the basement of our residential building. It can be reached via a separate entrance and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen on a total of 63 square meters. In the garden there is a covered seating area with a view of the garden and the field. Due to its proximity to the exhibition grounds (10 minutes by car), it is ideal for a visit to a trade fair or concert, but also for family or city trips, as Hanover city center is also only 20 minutes away by car.

Haus Regina is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. The flat is located in beautiful Kirchrode, nevertheless there is good public transfer. There is a direct bus to the fair grounds.

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

Welcome to Werder , a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover , Brunswick and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shops and restaurants are located in and around Bockenem. The Harz as well as the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here,we ride a motorcycle ourselves and are at your disposal for tour questions.
