No kitchen but has a microwave, toaster, fridge & tea/coffee making facilities. No TV 30 seconds walk and you are in the reserve which wraps all the way round to the marina and town. Take a stroll, a picnic or launch your paddleboards or kayaks here. People love the location for its peace & quiet.

Hot Water Beach and Cathedral Cove within a 30 minute drive.We have a beautiful safe harbour, a surf beach and great fishing and diving.
