A light and tranquil ground floor flat. A 10-15 min walk to the city centre. Free street parking. Please see the map images on my listing for the proximity to York city centre. The flat is a great base for York. As soon as you get to the end of the adjoining Grosvenor Terrace you feel like you're in the city. Free, no permit street parking. No cleaning fee. The flat is quiet and clutter free. STRICTLY no smoking or burning of incandescent materials anywhere on the premises.

The apartment sleeps 6 in king, double and twin bedrooms. Completely refurbished, rooms are decorated in heritage colours and hung with art by local artists, with stylish modern and antique furniture to create a calm and comfortable retreat. The apartment lies above a fabric shop in the urban village of Heworth, only a 16 minute walk to the city walls and on a direct bus route from the Station. Next to an amazing Franco-Italian cafe/deli/wine shop, it faces over a lovely park.
