You will be staying in the modern annex of our family home in the quiet & leafy neighbourhood of Heworth. It is closed off from the rest of the house but we are usually around - just call us or ring the doorbell. To be covid-safe, we'll clean your space 24 hours before check-in. We will then briefly enter a few hours before check-in to leave the bread. We have parking on our drive & nearby is a bicycle path: A 10-minute cycle ride to town.

The living area is designed with a comfortable sofa and two accent chairs. A glass coffee table sits on a woven rug, while a decorative mirror reflects natural light from the large window. Curtains in a deep hue add a touch of warmth.
