This 26 sqm charming little apartment evokes a bath vibe in the 19th century. In the immediate vicinity of Helikon Park in Keszthely, they can recharge in the shade of the ancient trees. In the garden of one of the prestigious civil bathing villas surrounding the park, there is a small rental apartment with a separate entrance. The historic city center, main square, pedestrian street and Festetics Castle are all within a few hundred meters. The shore of Lake Balaton and the City Beach are about 300 meters away, and is separated by a cooling walk just through the park.

In a quiet area, a house equipped with two-storey air conditioners with an independent entrance for exclusive use, a fully equipped summer kitchen terrace in 2021, which can be used perfectly even in bad weather. It is the only street in the city that directly affects the shore of Lake Balaton and the following bike path. The Helikon Family Friendly Beach at the end of the street is a 3-minute walk away. Balaton Museum, Festetics Castle and many other sights of the city can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

A bicikliút közvetlen az szállás mellett van. Hévíz 8 perces autóútra van az apartmantól. Az apartman 100nm, 3 hálószobával. Az apartman előterében egy kis kávézó került kialakításra. Az apartman légkondicionálóval felszerelt (felár 2000/nap) Az apartman lakónegyedben van, ezért a hangos zene és bulik nem megengedettek!
