New complete house, ready in May 2021, on a cul-de-sac. 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. New furnishings. Cook in full kitchen or go to one of the 5 eating places close by. Sit down with a cup of supplied coffee made from single origin coffee roasted by Essence Coffee Roasters of Sequim WA. Plenty of parks to enjoy. There is also Dyck Arboretum across town with a small pond and paved walking path. 18 hole golf course. 2 disc golf courses. Antique stores. Wifi in whole house. NO SMOKING and NO PETS.

Situated across the lane from our 100 year old farm house just outside of Yoder, KS. You will find yourself in the heart of Amish community. We are looking forward to your visit at the Grace Hill Grain Bin. This distinctive spot is perfect for a weekend getaway or for an entire week stay. The unique, custom-built house was constructed in 1988 from a 45' grain bin by my father. The house has a large pond, perfect for sunset views.
