Farm: A different way of living.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

Im Herzen des Odenwalds, direkt am Waldrand, liegt unser Holzhaus im idyllischen Stadtteil Airlenbach der Stadt Oberzent. Unser, im Stil eines Forsthauses, eingerichtetes Holzhaus garantiert Ihnen Ruhe und Entspannung vom Alltag und bietet eine optimale Ausgangslage um den Odenwald zu erkunden. Pure Entspannung bietet die neue Holzterrasse mit großer Sitzgruppe und einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Das Ferienhaus bietet mit ca. 120 m² großzügig Platz für 6 - 8 Personen.

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

You live in a historic building, built in 1799 by the Princes of Mainz as a forestry administration, in Rippberg - a district of the pilgrimage town of Walldürn in the Odenwald region of Baden. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

Located directly on the green, deep and original Odenwald, our bright, quiet and spacious garden apartment awaits you. Here you can relax at the edge of the forest. The historic old town of Neckargemünd can be easily reached on foot via beautiful meadow orchards, the world-famous old town of Heidelberg is only 15 minutes away by public transport. The modern and high-quality one-room apartment is extremely spacious and conveys a pleasant living atmosphere, ideal for 2 adults, preferably with a child. Enjoy nature from the feel-good terrace. The Odenwald is perfect for hiking, mountain biking or simply relaxing. Michelstadt, the Neckar Valley to Heidelberg and the Bergstrasse are located around Oberzent.

A home, only for me

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.

Enjoy hikes in the adjacent forest such as on the nature trail or refresh yourself at the Kneipp facility just a few meters away, enjoy the view from the sun terrace and end the evening by the blazing fire. Alternatively, visit nearby attractions such as the world-famous city of Heidelberg.
