This ground floor studio is located in a converted warehouse within the city walls. It was converted in 2018 so the interior is in great order and the exterior looks onto water views. With a 5 minute walk to the main historic area/main shopping area and a 2 minute walk to major supermarkets, the studio is well connected. Wifi included. Off site paid parking included at Morrisons, Foss Islands Road - 5 min walk away. Alternatively on-site parking available- see photo on my listing for charges

The apartment has lift access, is fully furnished to a high spec. & it has a Juliette balcony. Sleeps up to 4 (King size bed + smaller double sofa bed). We also have 2 other Airbnb properties (do take a look) and over 1000 great reviews!!!
