Within a few minutes' walk you can reach very nice different restaurants, beer garden, beach bar and pubs. Beautiful cycling trails start from the front door and lead along the Rhine.

The beautiful old building apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a Gründerzeit house from 1905. If you open the window, not only look into the green of the garden, you will also hear the steady sound of the creek that runs at the end of the garden.
