That was our dream which came true with this beautiful 3-room flat in the seaside town Ahlbeck.

We have 3 wonderful apartments in a quiet location overlooking the forest and meadows. At the same time, you are only about 600 m to the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

Fresh and saltwater in one: Unique and very quiet location on the Schloonsee – overlooking the lake – and two minutes walk to the Baltic Sea beach. Our holiday home is located directly in the middle between the Bansiner and Heringsdorfer Seebrücke. As an long-established Heringsdorfer family – our grandmother used to host guests from all over the world – we have a tradition of hosting and we are happy to offer you a pleasant stay on the Baltic Sea.

With its floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, it offers a wide view over the roofs of the Kaiserbad Ahlbeck. On the same floor opposite the flat is the wellness area with sauna, relaxation room and access to the communal roof terrace with a view of the Baltic Sea.
