You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. You will stay in the former school of the small Eifel village of Seinsfeld. The previously used school hall has been converted into a cozy and lovingly furnished apartment for up to 4 people. In the apartment is a wood-burning stove, which can only be used in the cold months. The meadow of the former schoolyard is available for your use. In the immediate vicinity of the property there are numerous possibilities for extensive hiking and cycling tours.

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
