At the foot of the medieval town of Blankenberg is the small village of Auel. The idyllic village is located 300 m from the river Sieg and the well-known hiking trail "Siegsteig." Here you can find peace and quiet. The former barn was converted into a residential building with a lot of love. On approx. 100 square meters spread over three levels there are four sleeping places, kitchen with fireplace, bathroom with shower and laundry room with dryer. It is 800 m to the DB train station. Cologne 40 min., Siegen 30 min. Final cleaning EUR 60 one time.

The whiteloft is one of our top locations that we have been offering on Airb&b since Oct 22. The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

The apartment on the upper floor has a living area of 93 m². This is divided into three rooms, kitchen, hallway, bathroom with toilet and guest toilet, utility room and a beautiful roof terrace of about 30 m². Underfloor heating is available throughout the apartment. In both bedrooms there is a double bed so that up to 4 people can sleep comfortably there! The kitchen is fully equipped. In the utility room there is a washing machine and a dryer.

Our guest rooms on the upper floor have their own entrance, bathroom and a large balcony which invite you for sunbathing from noontime on until evening. With just 38m² suitable for longer stays for 1-2 persons. A part of the flat is used by us as office, but most of the time you will be undisturbed. Refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available. Our kitchen is allowed to share.
