The apartment is located just under 5 km from E4 and 8 km from Söderhamn. It is on the upper floor of a two-family house and has its own entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, shower and toilet with washing machine. It has a double bedroom and two small rooms with two beds in each. There is also a sofa bed in one room. Bed linens are available, but bed linens and towels can be rented for 150 SEK/set. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table, a wood-fired sauna and in summer also a heated pool to use.

Three adults sleep comfortable and extra beds can be provided upon request. Towels and bedsheets is included.

The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. A homely, beautiful and comfortable accommodation for a relaxing stay in the countryside. House for 3 guests with the possibility of 1 extra bed. Only 2 km to all services and 1 km to Wij Trädgårdar. Nearby there are cycling and hiking trails, cross country skiing, swimming, paddle courses etc. And just 28 km down hill skiing in Kungsberget.

Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.

Close to ski resorts (15 km till Bollnäs and 60 km to Järvzö) 4 km to Bollnäs golfcourse and a short drive to several lakes and the river Ljusnan if you fancy a swim. The house is surounded by forest and fields and below the house you can find the Actktjära stream. Your host lives on the farm close by.
