Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. Relaxed, quiet atmosphere for stargazers! Idyllic garden house on former farm in a very quiet location. Ideal for cyclists and country lovers, far away from cities and villages. In good weather, stargazers can admire the Milky Way, as the view is so clear at night. During the day you can just sit down and listen to the birds and in the evening enjoy the chirping of the crickets with wine. Starting in October, the cranes move into the country.

In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

Circus wagon on the alpaca pasture - pure relaxation!

At Alpakahof Strange, we live with many animals on an old farmstead from 1848. The Lower Saxony hall house is still in its original condition in some parts and exudes the charm of a long-gone rural tradition. In the pasture behind the farmhouse stands the spacious circus wagon. The wagon shares the pasture with our llamas and alpacas, who graze and rest there during the day. Pure relaxation!

In the heart of the Teutoburg Forest, in the middle of the Bad Essen mountain, in the immediate vicinity of the family vacation home Haus Sonnenwinkel, is our lovingly and comfortably furnished vacation home for up to four people. Bright and friendly rooms with a great view of the southern Wiehen Hills await you. Many hiking trails can be used around the house.

Our house is just a few steps from Dammer City, with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafés right on your doorstep. Start your day with a visit to the “Kiepenkerl” bakery next door, offering fresh rolls, coffee and sweet treats. Guests with electric cars can conveniently use the on-site charging stations to recharge their vehicle at any time.
