Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Comfortable and welcoming with all of the amenities that you would expect from your own home. Fully self-contained, free onsite parking. Ideal for both visitor or business person. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, yet only 5 miles away from the historic Market town of Saffron Walden, and easy reach of Cambridge. We are very central. Which makes us an ideal base, for exploring the countryside and the many nearby attractions and events.

One of our 2 boutique, self-contained rooms set in the grounds of a Grade II listed cottage in the heart of Ashdon village, 10 mins away from Saffron Walden and 30 mins from Cambridge. Surrounded by beautiful countryside with lovely local walks & places of interest. A warm welcome at the village pub. Studio in the heart of a popular Cambridgeshire village. Perfect stay for commuter working at Babraham Institute or Granta Park. The studio has all the amenities that you would need for a quick business trip such as super fast WiFi, desk, (printer just ask) & smart t.v. Towels and bed linen also provided. The studio has a small kitchen with microwave-oven or options to eat out in our local curry house or lovely village pubs! The local Chinese and Indian do a prompt takeaway service!

Spacious, light and airy self contained apartment with one large bedroom, sitting room, kitchen and shower room. Separate driveway and entrance and is adjacent to the owners private property. There is outside dining space on the terrace. Situated on the Essex/Suffolk borders between Clare and Haverhill with Cambridge 35 minutes drive and Bury St Edmunds 40 minutes. Perfect for exploring the Suffolk countryside, quiet working space, or a weekend break. Dogs welcome on request.

This property is not suitable for children under the age of 10 due to very steep duckstairs or for senior guests.
