In good weather, the harbor promenade just outside is well visited. Cozy and well-utilized bathhouse with sleeping loft. Fantastic, south-facing, 180-degree panoramic views of the water, harbor and city skyline. Small living at its best - perfect for couples or business travelers. The kitchen with electric kettle and fridge - not possible to cook hot food.

All the indoor details have been taken care of and a rare stylish and atmospheric interior has been completed in the small simple house from 1978. It is flooded with sun from the large green garden with both south and west-facing terraces and there is only a 100-meter walk to the sea view, as well as a beautiful hiking trail in the forest edge on the edge of the slope to the sea.

We can now welcome you to a newly renovated apartment here at Klæbjerggaard. We can offer 2 beds in the bedroom and a sleeping space in a loft that is connected to the living room. There is a nice large kitchen and private bathroom/toilet. From the apartment, you can enjoy the beautiful nature and you are welcome to use the fire tent, play tower with slide, swings in the trees and there is the possibility to borrow the Weber grill and TV. 1st row to Dragsmur Beach. View of Begtrup Vig. 5000m ² natural plot with trails and hills in the middle of National Park Mols Bjerge. There are many places with shelter on the grounds and a fire pit. The house is tucked behind the hill Ormebjerg, but with a short distance (100m) to lovely Dragsmur Strand. This one offers nice bathing conditions. There are also good fishing opportunities. The house is from 2017 and is in two staggered levels. There is a trampoline and a homemade football goal. The house is located in a hilly terrain with lots of trees and "wild on purpose." There is peace! You will find the house bright, romantic and cozy, located on a large natural plot of 1400 m2. The house is older, small, but well decorated. There are 2 bedrooms in the house and an annex. On the property, there is a fireplace and a trampoline and swings. An exciting cabin in one of the treetops may also tempt you to play and have fun. To the south, there is a large covered wooden terrace, so you can always sit in shelter and shelter.

Nice and cozy cottage with a fantastic view over the bay and the countryside. 2 levels with two living rooms (one with fireplace), 3 rooms and an extra room by the carport with double sofa bed. The stairs to the first floor are steep, so it can be a challenge for people with walking difficulties to get up and down. Bathroom and kitchen with all equipment and dishwasher and small washing machine. One can also sleep on the sofa on the 1st floor. Large partly natural plot with many large trees.

The house has a nice large kitchen, dining room, living room and two bedrooms with double beds and a children's room with a single bed (elevation). In addition, a bathroom with shower. Closed fenced garden and lovely courtyard with garden fireplace, where shelter can always be found. Nice sandy beach with bathing jetty.
