Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Idyllisches Tiny Häuschen mitten in der Natur, am Rande der Schneewittchen Stadt Lohr am Main. Im Haus, gebaut 2022, befindet sich ein Wohnbereich, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer und ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer im Spitzboden. Die eigene Terrasse mit Blick auf den Spessartwald lädt zum Träumen ein. Der Wanderweg startet direkt vor der Tür. Zweibeiner trifft man hier nur selten an, dafür Vierbeiner. Unser kleiner Zoo besteht aus Hunden, Katzen und Minischweinchen.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss meines Hauses in Hain im Spessart. Das Haus selbst ist am Hang gebaut, dadurch ist die Haustür über 30 Treppenstufen zu erreichen. Im Haus selbst geht es dann noch 15 Stufen nach oben. Die Anzahl der Gäste ist hier auf 3 begrenzt. Falls mehr Gäste kommen möchten, bitte eine Anfrage schicken. Nach Absprache ist es möglich, dass mehr Gäste kommen. Es kann noch ein Doppelluftbett aufgestellt werden.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, Bäckereien, Metzger, Sparkasse, Apotheke) sind fußläufig in wenigen 100 m erreichbar. Ausgiebige Entdeckungen in Feld und Wald können nach wenigen Minuten Fußmarsch starten.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls fußläufig nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain in einem Einfamilienhaus im Grünen in einer verkehrsberuhigten Zone. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, vom Teelöffel bis zum Waschtrockner.
